I’m an idea guy. I have new ideas every day. I see the world and wonder why doesn’t this happen or why doesn’t this exist. I also look at some of the new businesses out there and think, hey, you can do the same thing for (fill in another industry).
Mitch Hedberg was famous for saying “when I think of something funny, I either reach for a paper and write it down or just convince myself it wasn’t funny. For years I have been writing down my ideas when I was in the mood or motivated and other times, I just convinced myself it was a bad idea.
I know that many of my ideas probably suck. That being said, I am sure that some of them are decent, good or even great. I also know that ideas are a dime a dozen and it is execution (read: thousands of decisions executed properly) that turns an idea into a business. I know that I don’t have the time, energy or motivation to execute on all of my ideas but, maybe you do. That’s why I am putting my ideas out there and letting anyone use them if they are interested and motivated. If you do use one of my ideas or get motivated to do something based on one of my ideas, let me know. It will make my day.
I’m not sure how I am going to post my ideas yet. Maybe as their own posts and maybe just by updating this post with new ideas as I come up with them or as I feel like it. In the meanwhile, I am just going to get started here because the best thing you can do is the right thing, the second best is the wrong thing and the worst thing you can do is nothing. Remember: ready, fire, aim!
I’m happy to expand on any of these ideas and discuss them in more detail. Just shoot me a message.

I am a typical person more or less that has always tried to get away with doing the absolute minimum to get by. In school, I did my assignments last minute, I barely passes some of my tests, I crammed for everything and didn't care about retaining any information. I always wanted to be successful and get lucky but my problem was that I thought that luck and chance were synonymous. One day, all that changed when i found out that there was more to "Luck". I learned that it was possible to make your own luck and that people that were "lucky", all had very similar characteristics. I made a conscious decision to become one of those lucky people and the world started to open up. It didn't happen overnight and I'm still not there yet but at least I know what to look for and what to do. Recognizing the opportunities to get lucky is only the beginning of the battle. Now I have to train myself to jump on every opportunity and one day be truly "lucky".
